Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If changes are made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the next appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment, a 100% no-show fee will apply. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will also be considered a no-show.
